3. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer .

"New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item, lost or stolen parts, damage due to personal misuse or negligence; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. Please be aware that our 120-day & 6 Months warranty covers manufacturers defects only. It does not cover the following:

3. All watch cases are installed with a tamper-proof seal. If you open up the watches and the seal is broken, all return policies are void for the watch. Please do not have any other jewelers work on the watch or open it up.
